Snowbirds are taking advantage of our seasonal low rates ($69/night) as they find their way to our beautiful island located along the Gulf Islands National Seashore between Pensacola and Ft. Walton Beach. Santa Rosa Island/Navarre Beach is not commercialized and is very quiet and beautiful, perfect for that winter getaway from colder temperatures. Our condo is in a beautiful complex with outdoor gazebo by the water and lush green lawn. Palm trees surround our complex with a private pool and fishing pier. Water 30 steps from elevator. Condo is a studio, 512 aq. ft., and restricted to 2 people. We are offering great rates of $69/night through the end of March. The condo is available January 6-21 and February 8-17, and March 18-27, plus $75 cleaning fee and 12% tax.
